1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Kard Shop LLC website ("Site") and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; slight variations in condition or appearance may occur with single cards and sealed product. All sales of trading card singles are final once shipped.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error). You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
4. Shipping & Returns
We ship orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Due to the nature of trading card singles, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Kard Shop LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. TCG card images and game logos are the property of their respective publishers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kard Shop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Kard Shop LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
